Santa introduces us to doubting Thomas and his friends, who ask their parents weird questions about Santa, and get even weirder answers.
Santa's Secret
1. Santa Returns
Unconvinced, Tommy mocks the townsfolk as they dance and sing carols, and decides to stay up all night to prove Santa doesn't exist.
2. Bah Humbug
Much to Tommy's surprise, Santa turns up (in a dream) and proves his existence with a spectacular tap routine with his reindeer.
3. Christmas Spirit
Tommy is now a true Santa Believer and he joins with his friends Ming, Spoon, and Carlos to form the Santa Club, and spread the good news about Santa.
4. We're Believers
Carlos vividly describes meeting the Easter Bunny, but Tommy doesn't believe it, so Carlos and his followers leave to form their own Easter club.
5. It's Eggz
Ming describes meeting fairies and tells Tommy most girls believe in them. Tommy's worried about losing more members and accepts fairies, upsetting the Easter kids.
6. The Fairies
Spoon describes meeting Black Santa who’s skin only looks white in white light, but is actually black in the magic of black light.
7. Black Light
The parents meet for drinks to discuss the kids fighting over silly ideas, but ends with drunk dancing while arguing about whose family's belief system to blame.
8. Silly Ideas
The parents ban the clubs which pushes the children into fighting underground and agreeing to a 'rumble' on Halloween night.
9. We're Right
The Easter kids humiliate the Santa kids by scaring them with Halloween costumes. So the Santa kids plot revenge by stealing the Easter Kids toys on Christmas Eve.
10. Halloween Nightmare
As Tommy sneaks out on Christmas Eve, he overhears his parents say Santa isn't real. He sings mournfully as he walks to where the Santa kids have gathered with stolen toys, to await Santa's return, but says nothing.
11. Santa's Dead
The Easter kids fight the Santa kids till dawn for stealing their toys. Distraught that Santa didn't return, Tommy jumps on Carlos which knocks them both out. Suddenly Santa appears and explains to Tommy that spiritual stories aren't facts, but truths, that all say the same thing: peace and goodwill to all.
12. Secret Santa
Tommy finally understands, wakes up and explains it to everyone. United, they sing the last reprise.
